Courtney Lynn McMahon and Dustin Ray Patterson of Kennett were married at 5 p.m., Nov. 24, 2007 at Friendship Baptist Church in Kennett with Bro. Jerry Darby officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bobby and Karen McMahon of Kennett and the granddaughter of Bill and Robbie McMahon of Kennett and the late Philip & Mary Bridgeman of Piggott, Ark. She is currently employed at TRRMC as a LPN.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin A line halter with apple red accent and a chapel train. She carried a full arrangement of red and white magnolias with gold accents.

Maid of honor was Tara Taylor, cousin of bride, of Jonesboro, Ark. Bridesmaids were Lendsi Whitehorn-Barnett, Erica Reed, Ashley Martin, Tisha Schremmer, Traci Franklin and Katrina Spence. Mary Ashton Dunlap, cousin of bride, of Piggott served as junior bridesmaid while Lexi Williams was flower girl. Bridesmaid wore apple red sleeveless satin v-neck gowns while carrying red and while magnolias.

The groom is the son of Randy and Becky Blankenship and Danny and Anna Patterson, all of Kennett and the grandson of Larry and Evon Wallace and Mable Patterson, all of Kennett and Oneal Potter of Rector, Ark. He is currently employed at Ryerson in Blytheville, Ark.

Best man was Randy Blankenship, brother of groom. Groomsmen were Blake Bowers, David Patterson, Justin Tice, Justin Harris, Dustin Harris, and Jacob Waddell. Dillon Patterson, brother of groom, served as junior groomsmen. Caleb Mallard, cousin of bride, and Kobe and Luke Patterson, cousins of groom, were ringbearers. Their tuxedos were black with apple red accents.

Clay and Cole Tanner, Chase Dunlap (all of Piggott), and Stephen Rooney, all cousins of bride, served as ushers. Christina Taylor, cousin of bride, attended the guestbook.

A memorial candle was lit in honor of the bride's grandfather Phillip B. Bridgeman.

A reception followed at the VFW building.

The couple honeymooned at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., and now reside in Kennett.
