Bobby Fritz

Dr. Bobby Dempsey Fritz, age 81 years. Born in Paragould, Ark., died Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at his home.

Survived by wife Lynn Smirnow Fritz of Nashville, Tenn.; son William Raymond Fritz, Jonesboro, Ark.; two sisters Billie Ann Braden, Senath, Mo., and Margie Singer, Brandenburg, Ky.; two brothers Joseph Donald Fritz, Senath, Mo., and Wendell Fritz, Ravenden, Ark.

Mr. Fritz served in the U.S. Navy in WW II. He was a periodontist, dividing his long career between teaching periodontics at U.T. Memphis and Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and private practice in Jonesboro. He was an avid tennis player and golfer.

A memorial service will be held at noon Friday, March 14, 2008 at The Temple Chapel, 5015 Harding Rd, Nashville.

Visitation will be at The Temple 1 hr. before services.

In lieu of flowers memorials be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203 or Bobby and Lynn Fritz Scholarship, c/o Senath-Hornersville Education Fund, P.O. Box 456, Senath, Mo. 63876.
