Anita Eloise Hart, 77, of Dexter, Mo., died Monday, March 3, 2008, at her residence

Born May 20, 1930, in Parma, Mo., daughter of the late Lawrence Albie and Lillian Irene Lewis Myrick, she was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Dexter and an Avon representative for over 43 years.

On Aug. 27, 1948, in Piggott, Ark., she married M.A. Hart.

Survivors include two sons, Alan Hart and wife, Della, of Advance, Mo., and Kim Hart and wife, Brenda, of Dexter; four grandchildren, Shelly Young and Corey Hart, both of Bloomfield, Mo., and Kevin and Amanda Hart, both of Dexter; five great-grandchildren, Dillan and Brooke Bader, Sierra Young, Dalton Hart and Kaylea Hart, all of Bloomfield; three step-grandchildren, Tina Ulrich, of Advance and Amanda Gee and Stephanie Gee, both of Dexter; three step-great-grandchildren, Luke Livingston, of Bell City, Mo., Bethany Scherer, of Advance and Ryan Thrower, of Dexter.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Leon and Richard Lee Myrick.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 6, at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Jerry Hart and Dr. Curtis Porter officiating.

Burial was in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
