Ida B. Criglar, 79, of Malden, Mo., died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.
Born March 4, 1928, in Crowder, Mo., daughter of the late Joseph Edgar and Susanna Hawes Williams, she was a member of OES, Electa Chapter of Malden and a member of the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Malden.
On Aug. 15, 1953, she married George Criglar, who preceded her in death on Feb. 13, 2000. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Leroy, Joseph and Lanny Williams.
Survivors include seven daughters, Marilyn McCormick, of Chicago, Ill., Joyce Criglar, of Dolton, Mo., Emma Ayers and husband, Carl, Katheryn Bradley, Patricia Criglar and Pamela Fleming and husband, Alex, all of Malden and Vivian Davis and husband, Charles, of Tulsa, Okla.; two sons, George Criglar, Jr., and wife, Carla, of St. Louis, Mo., and Anthony Criglar and wife, Barbara, of Malden; four sisters, Dortha Cain, of Chicago, Sandra Keaton, of Markham, Ill., Yvonne Arrington, of Brosley, Mo., and Jetta Williams, of St. Joseph, Mo.; two brothers, Kenneth Williams, of St. Louis and Darrell Williams, of St. Joseph; 29 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., today, Friday, Feb. 8, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Malden Community Center with the Rev. L.L. Williams officiating.
Burial will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery at Malden
