Kevin and Kelly Rhew of Newport News, Va., announce the birth of their son, Clinton Thomas Rhew, born Dec. 21, 2007, at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.

He weighed 7 pounds and 6 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long.

He is the grandson of Bill and Nancy Winstead of Madisonville, Ky., and Jay and Connie Rhew of Kennett.

He was welcomed home by big brother, Marshall.
