Teddy Ray Deck, 75, of Senath, Mo., died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008, at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould, Ark.

Born Nov. 10, 1932, in Sulphur Rock, Ark., son of the late Bill E. and Annie Lois Henderson Deck, he was a U.S. Army veteran.

On July 22, 1956, in Senath, he married Vernell Hampton, who survives.

Survivors also include one son, Tim Deck, of Kennett; one daughter, Terri Harris and husband, Bill, of Senath; one brother, Bobby Deck, of Senath; two sisters, Margie Keen, of Senath and Dorothy Lane, of Clarksdale, Miss.; four grandchildren, David Felker, Hampton Deck and Leah and Zack King and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, Lon, Don, Jimmy and Johnny Deck and one sister, Juanita Jackson.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Thursday, Jan. 10, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Jan. 11, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Wayland Tom and Jim Pemberton officiating.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers are Don Wallace, Jack Holifield, Joe and Tom Chandler, Steve Odle and Tommy Lon Johnson.
