Winzola Riggs

Winzola Riggs, 87, of Kennett, died Saturday, Jan.5, 2008, at Kennett.

Born Nov. 21, 1920, in St. Louis, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Otis and Effie Causey Lewallen.

Survivors include one son, Charles Riggs and wife, Sue, of Rockaway Beach, Mo.; one daughter, Linda Caraway and husband, Miles, of Kennett; a daughter-in-law, Wanda Riggs, of Granite City, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Otis Riggs; two brothers, Orville and Charles Lewallen and one sister, May Lewallen.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., today, Tuesday, Jan. 8, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Rev. Randal Caraway officiating.

Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 9, in the Sunset Hill Cemetery at Glen Carbon, Ill.

Pallbearers are the grandchildren.
