Reba Nell Russell, 68, of Alvin, Texas, died Thursday, December 27, 2007, at Christus St. John Hospital, Nassau Bay, Texas.
Born January 17, 1939, in Bragg City, Mo., she was a daughter of the late George Dewey and Daisy Willis Owen. She was an Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Alvin and a member of ABWA.
She married James E. Russell who preceded her in death.
Survivors include daughters, Victoria Drum and husband, Kevin, of Tampa, Fla., and Terri Wichman and husband, Mike, of Angleton, Texas; sons, Phillip Russell and wife, Susan of Alvin, Texas, and Tracy Russell and wife, Sheryl, of Oklahoma; sisters, Annie Sue Owen Schmidt of Colorado, Elsie Marie Wimberly and husband, Lloyd, of Missouri and brother, Clarence Floyd Owen and wife, Rosie, of Missouri; 12 grandchildren, Tony Russell, Joy Russell, Trevor Jones, John Deam, Amy Deam Muirheid, Jason Deam, Adam Wichman, Dustin Russell, Tyler Russell, Andrew Russell, Daisy Russell and Yasmin Russell; great-grandchildren, Evan Weeks and Kya Muirheid.
Visitation was 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 30 at Scott Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Monday, December 31, at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Bob Montgomery officiating.
Burial was in Confederate Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Tony Russell, John Deam, Jason Deam, Dustin Russell, Tyler Russell, Adam Wichman and Andrew Russell.
