Bob Stone of Senath, Mo., and Beth Quick of Dyersburg, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Bethany Cherie Stone, to Corey Michael Mara, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Mara, Jr., of Hornersville, Mo.

The bride to be is a 2003 graduate of Senath-Hornersville High School and a 2007 graduate of the LPN program in Kennett. She is currently employed by Semo Health Network and the Otto Bean medical Clinic in Kennett.

She is the granddaughter of the late Bob and Jewel Robertson of Kennett and Bill and Jharma Stone of Senath.

The prospective groom is a 2005 graduate of Senath-Hornersville High School and is currently employed at Wal-Mart in Kennett.

He is the grandson of Richard and Pat Mara of Griffith, Ind., Ralph and Martha Hardin of Cider Hills, Mo. and the late Kitty Hardin of Hornersville.

The ceremony will take place at 6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, at Trinity Community Church in Cardwell, Mo., with a reception following at the Eagles Club in Kennett

All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

The couple will reside in Senath.
