In other girls' action at the Invitational, No. 2 Caruthersville defeated top-seeded Caruthersville 73-65 to take third place, while Malden edged South Pemiscot 44-42 to take the consolation trophy.
On the boys' side, Gosnell, Ark. held off a furious Hayti rally to win the title game 74-68, while Clarkton downed South Pem 71-55 for third place and Gideon pulled away from Delta C7 for an 82-59 victory in the consolation championship.
In the girls' title game, Portageville held the Lady Camels to just one first-quarter basket to open up an 11-3 lead after one period and led 26-15 at the half.
Saturday's win avenges last year's win by Campbell in the finals of the Invitational, which was then held at Gideon.
Mary Hannah Fisher added 12 points for the Lady Bulldogs.
Morgan McCormick paced Campbell with 11 points, while Courtanie Vaughn added 10.
Boys
Gosnell 74, Hayti 68
In the boys' championship game, the Pirates dominated the first half and opened up a huge lead, but had to hold off a furious comeback by the top-seeded Indians to take home the first-place trophy.
Gosnell led 21-5 at the end of the first quarter and took a 49-26 lead to the locker room, but Hayti rallied and cut the lead to two points in the fourth quarter before coming up short in the end.
Gideon 82, Delta C7 59
Jordan Boone scored 25 points to lead a quartet of Bulldogs in double figures as Gideon turned an eight-point halftime lead into a rout.
Curtis Miller scored 16 points to join Boone in double figures, while Dustin Horad added 15 and Travis Miller chipped in 14.
James Blanton paced the Chargers with 20 points, while Damian Flowers added 14 in the loss.
