Marie Lucy Lindsey, 83, of Campbell, Mo., died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Ark.

Born Sept. 10, 1924, in Belle Rose, La., daughter of the late Leonce and Armelise Landry Dugas, she was a homemaker and a member of the St. Jules Catholic Church in Belle Rose.

On April 1, 1964, in Thibodaux, La., she married William Lindsey, who preceded her in death on Feb. 2, 2004. She was also preceded in death by one son, Ronnie McDaniel and three sisters.

Survivors include two sons, Charles McDaniel, of Port Allen, La., and L.J. Jarreau, of Dalton, Ga.; three brothers, Johnny Dugas, of Lakeland, La., O'Neal Dugas, of Baker, La., and Tommy Dugas, of Ethel, La.; five grandchildren and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 5, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell with the Rev. Tony Wood officiating.

Burial was in the Bethany Cemetery at Campbell.
