Claude K. Nichols, 82, of Malden, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007, at Malden.
Born May 12, 1925, in Hollywood, Ala., son of the late Reece C. and Omie Akins Nichols, he was a machinist and a member of the Church of God in Dexter, Mo.
On Dec. 11, 1948, in Piggott, Ark., he married Floella Wallace, who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Mike Nichols, of Malden; three daughters, Louella Wagner, Vicky Johnston and Kay Mickley, all of Malden; one brother, Mac Nichols, of Springfield, Mo.; eight half-brothers and half-sisters; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 2, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Tucker Cemetery at Campbell, Mo.
