Mr. and Mrs. Ronny Brown of Newport, Ark., and Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Moore of Batesville announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Elinor, to Jared Sean Woodard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Woodard of Jonesboro, Ark.

The bride to be is a graduate of Arkansas State University and is currently employed as an account executive at Inferno, a Memphis-based advertising agency.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Arkansas State University and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas. He is currently an associate attorney at Womack, Landis, Phelps, McNeil and McDaniel, P.A.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Woodard and Mr. and Mrs. Joe McAlister.

The wedding is planned for April in Jonesboro.

The couple will reside in Jonesboro.
