Lane Cortez

Alfonso and Susie Cortez of Kennett announce the birth of their son, Lane Javier Cortez, born Sept. 8, 2007, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

He weighed 7 pounds and 3 ounces and was 20 inches long.

He is the grandson of Brenda Williams of Kennett and Pedro Rivera and Romelia Macias of Clarkton, Mo.
