Claire Bean

Jason and Desi Bean of Malden, Mo., announce the birth of their daughter, Claire Elizabeth Bean, born Aug. 22, 2007, at NEA Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark.

She weighed 6 pounds and 11 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of Penny and Bill Peterson and the late Glen Maddox of Campbell, Mo, and Janet Bean and the late Otto Bean, Jr. of Holcomb, Mo.

She is welcomed home by big brother Colin Daniel.
