Mary A. Blanz, 85, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007, at the Pemiscot Memorial Nursing Center in Caruthersville.
Born Feb. 18, 1922, in Lytton, Iowa, daughter of the late Clarence and Ada Mae Combs Waldron, she was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Caruthersville.
Survivors include one son, Ronnie Lee Beck, of Jackson, Mo.; two daughters, Linda Gail Farris, of St. Charles, Mo., and Pam D. Peeler, of Caruthersville; two step-sons, Ed Blanz, of California and Mike Blanz, of Texas; two brothers, Lee Waldron, of Peoria, Ill., and Donald Waldron, of Caruthersville; one sister, Opal Ann Pritchard, of Virginia Beach, Va., and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, at the H.S. Smith Funeral Home in Caruthersville.
Burial was in the Pemiscot Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Chris and Terry Peeler, Scott Beck, Don and Keith Waldron and Mike Blanz.
