During R.J.'s short time with us, we saw him overcome illness time after time and watched him grow into a child full of unconditional love and happiness. His hugs, kisses, smiles and laughter live on with us.
He was called to his heavenly home on Sept. 16, 2007, in Memphis, Tenn., after shining his light in the hearts of his family, friends and everyone he met.
His memory and love will live on every minute, hour and day by his parents, David and Christy Cunningham, of Gideon, Mo.; one brother, Cordera Myers, of Delta, Mo.; three sisters, Cortney and Christina Cunningham of Gideon and Willow Cunningham, of Perryville, Mo.; grandparents, Trudy Cunningham and Kenneth Butler, of VanBuren, Mo., Mary Myers, of Manila, Ark., and Ronald "Shorty" Myers, of California; two nephews, Kayden and Kamryn Myers, of Delta and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Our little angel is walking hand-in-hand with Jesus.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., today, Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Donald Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
