Tommy Gene Harralston, 60, of St. Louis, Mo., died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, at St. Mary's Health Center in St. Louis.
Born Sept. 15, 1947, in New Madrid, Mo., son of the late Cole and Dixie Blevens Harralston, he was employed by Burlington-Northern-Santa Fe Railroad and was a member of the United Transportation Union.
On Oct. 13, 1965, in St. Louis, he married Janice K. Adams, who survives.
Survivors also include one daughter, Lori Schweikert and husband, Jim, of St., Louis; one son, Brian Harralston and wife, Martha, of St. Louis; three brothers, Odell Harralston, of Parsons, Tenn., and Andy Harralston and wife, June, and W.D. Harralston and wife, Alice, all of Malden, Mo., and four grandchildren, Dennis Robbins, Thomas Harralston and Sydney and Bailey Miller, all of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Leonard Harralston and three sisters, Mary Hammet, Mattie Kelly and Virginia Halterman.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., today, Sept. 18, with the Rev. Ralph Hebblethwaite officiating.
Duncan Funeral Home in Summersville, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.
