Christopher Jenkins and Rachel Dempsey of Senath, Mo., announce the birth of their daughter, Phoebe Emmaline Jenkins, born July 31, 2007, at Poplar Bluff, Mo.

She weighed 7 pounds and was 19 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of Frank Dempsey of Kennett, Kenny and Darlene Crawford of Gobler, Mo., Randoll and Renata Nixon of Senath and Dennis and Diana Jenkins of New York.
