Hazel Maddox, 97, of Dupo, Ill., formerly of Campbell, Mo., died Monday, Aug. 20, 2007, at Oakhill Nursing Home in Waterloo, Ill.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete with the Landess Funeral Home of Campbell.
