Wayne McNabb, 68, of Kennett, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007, at Memphis, Tenn.

Born April 29, 1939, in Campbell, Mo., son of the late Paris Malone and Pearl Capps McNabb, he was a U.S. Army veteran and a bus driver for Kennett Public Schools.

On Sept. 2, 1978, in Kennett, he married Becky Fowler, who survives.

Survivors also include one son, Kenneth Wayne McNabb and wife, Vanessa, of Chickasha, Okla.; one brother, Robert McNabb, of Fenton, Mo.; four sisters, Dorothy Bryant and Euna Taormina, both of St. Louis, Mo., Betty Kirby, of Sarasota, Fla., and Patricia Cranford, of Kailua, Hawaii and two grandchildren, Matthew and Sydney McNabb.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m., today, Tuesday, Aug. 21, in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett with Mike Hunter officiating.

Pallbearers were Donald and Earl Luttrell, Johnny Darnell, Steve Cross, Randy Vaughn and Steve Turner.

Honorary pallbearers were Kevin Pate, Jimmie Lebo and Mike Hunter.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett was in charge of arrangements.
