Rachel Dempsey and Christopher Jenkins of Senath, Mo., announce the birth of their daughter, Phoebe Emmaline Jenkins, born July 31, 2007, at Poplar Bluff, Mo.

She weighed 7 pounds and was 19 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of Franklin Dempsey of Kennett, Kenny and Darlene Crawford of Gobler, Mo., Renata and Randall Nixon of Senath and Dennis and Diane Jenkins of New York.
