Christine Goff, 77, of Clarkton, Mo., died Friday, July 27, 2007, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
Born March 19, 1930, in Dyersburg, Tenn., daughter of the late Joseph and Jessie Ray Davis, she was of the Pentecostal faith.
On May 28, 1949, in Piggott, Ark., she married Hamilton Parks Goff, who preceded her in death on Oct. 14, 2003. She was also preceded in death by seven brothers, Bars, Ray, Cecil, Eugene, Joy Lynn, William and Leonard Davis and three sisters, Annie Mae Hosey, Pauline Looney and Betty Jo Frederick.
Survivors include one son, Steven Goff and wife, Retha, of Clarkton; one sister, Leona Potts, of Granite City, Ill.; three grandchildren, Tamberley McMullin, of Clarkton, Joanne McCoy, of Samburg, Tenn., and Steven Goff, Jr., of Centerville, Mich., and three great-grandchildren, Logan Grays, of Clarkton and Robin Grays and Zachery McCoy, both of Samburg.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, July 30, in the Hurricane Hill Cemetery at Newbern, Tenn., with the Rev. Charles Faught officiating.
Bradshaw Funeral Home of Malden was in charge of arrangements.
