Peggy Wicker Crail, 79, of Cardwell, Mo., died Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at Cardwell.

Born Jan. 3, 1928, in Deering, Mo., daughter of the late Will Grover and Birdie Lee Rawls Wicker, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cardwell and Eastern Star.

On Aug. 28, 1945, in Kennett, she married Frank Orland Crail, who preceded her in death on March 7, 1973. She was also preceded in death by one son, Butch Crail and one brother, Bud Wicker.

Survivors include one son,Bruce Crail and wife, Susan, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; one daughter, Pam Lambert and husband, Morris, of Kennett; one sister, Pauline Burns, of Kennett; a nephew, Sonny Burns, of Kennett; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Friday, July 20, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 21, at the First Baptist Church in Cardwell with the Rev. Harold Dunbar officiating.

Burial will follow in the Cardwell Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mike Faulkner, Randy Blankenship, Allen Williams, Tommy Branch, Brett Williams and Doug Kemmitt.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Burns, Eulus Vaughn, Wade Killian and Eddie Risinger.

Memorials may be made to the Cardwell Cemetery or the First Baptist Church, Cardwell, Mo. 63829.
