Ruth Crain, 80, of Kennett, died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at Kennett.

Born September 13, 1926 at Corning, Ark., she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Matilda Ficker Wright.

On March 24, 1945 she married Ray Crain who survives.

Surviving are three daughters, Kay Anderson and Gail Butler of Tallahassee, Fla. and Beth Willis of Kennett; one sister, Irene Norton of Olathe, Kans.; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.

Graveside services were at 10 a.m. today, Friday, July 13, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.

Pallbearers were Omer Gaskins, Don Berry, Matt Anderson, Brian Anderson, Steve Willis and Mike Plummer.

Arrangements were under direction of the McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett.
