Ivern O'Neal, 88, of Kennett, formerly of Bragg City, Mo., died Saturday, June 23, 2007, at National HealthCare in Kennett.
Born June 1, 1919, in Pocahontas, Ark., daughter of the late Herman and Fardella Johnson Goodman, she was a member of Bakerville Church of Christ.
She married Omer O'Neal, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son, Ralph O'Neal; three brothers, Homer, Howard and Rayman Goodman and one sister, Patsy Goodman.
Survivors include two sons, Travis O'Neal and wife, Belva, of Union Star, Mo., and Allen O'Neal, of Bragg City; one brother, Gene Goodman and wife, Becky, of Portageville, Mo.; one sister, Alouse Rose, of Pocahontas; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, June 26, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 27, at the Bakerville Church of Christ with James Powell officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers are Ken O'Neal, Ken O'Neal, Jr., Gary Riley, Randy Owen, Quinton Anthony and Ralph O'Neal.
