Johnny Leroy Robinson, 71, of Doniphan, Mo., formerly of Holcomb, Mo., died Sunday, June 24, 2007, at the Current River Nursing Home.
Born June 1, 1936, in Fairdealing, Mo., son of the late Ernest Newton and Martha M. Langley Robinson, he was a mechanic and done some farming.
Survivors include four daughters, Darlene Simms, of Mena, Ark., Brenda Bolen, of DeSoto, Ill., Dianah Stirnaman, of Kennett and Tonya Burress, of Piedmont, Mo.; four sisters, Marie Stadler, of Fairdealing and Arlena Williams, Helen Busby and Faye Parsons, all of Mound City, Ill.; four brothers, Robert "Joe" Robinson, of Kennett, Charles Robinson, of Malden, Mo., and Ernest Dale and Bobby Robinson, both of Mound City; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., today, Tuesday, June 26, at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Doniphan with Brother Dave Million officiating.
Burial was in the Stadler Cemetery.
