Pheba Ann Patton, 102, of Malden, Mo., died Monday, June 4, 2007, at Malden Nursing and Rehab.
Born June 18, 1904, in Harrisburg, Ill., daughter of the late William and Nellie Belford Wagoner, she was employed at the Reade Shirt Factory in Malden and the Elder Shirt Factory in Dexter, Mo. She was a member of the Second General Baptist Church in Malden.
On March 21, 1921, in Malden, she married Francis Patton, who preceded her in death on Aug. 25, 1973. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Freeman, Raymond and Clarence Wagoner; four sisters, Stella Sutton, Lillie Bailey, Lula Bryant and Ida Hicks; a relative that was raised as a daughter, Phyllis Ann Patten Pulley and a great-granddaughter, Amy Lynn Ketchum.
Survivors include three grandchildren, Barbara Gean Ketchum Chaney, of Springfield, Mo., Jimmy Wayne Launius, of Winterhaven, Fla., and Timmy Joe Launius, of Gobles, Mich,; four great-grandchildren, Kirby Wayne, Kristen and Wyatt Launius and Heidi Gean Sandahl and four great-great-grandchildren, Amber Lynn and Steven Wayne Ketchum and James Wayne and Abigail Sandahl.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 7, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, June 8, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Gore officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.
