Richard Lee Brown, 69, of Malden, Mo., died Friday, June 1, 2007, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.
Born April 12, 1938, in Blytheville, Ark., he was the son of the late Bessie Jane Byrd White.
On May 25, 1984, in Malden, he married Katheryn Jackson, who survives.
Survivors also include four daughters, Brenda Brown, of New Orleans, La., Rhonda Brown and Lisa Johns and husband, Kevin, all of Malden and Michelle Johns, of Columbus, Ga.; five sons, Ricky and Steve Brown, both of Malden, Kenneth Jackson, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Mark Robertson, of St. Louis, Mo., and John Robertson, Jr., of Kansas city, Mo.; one step-daughter, Charlene Smith, of New Orleans; one step-son, Lee Charles Smith, of New Orleans and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., today, Tuesday, June 5, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with Allen Laszewski officiating.
Burial was in the Macedonia Cemetery at Malden.
