Noah Edward "Paul" Hargrove, 81, of South Beloit, Ill., formerly of Piggott, Ark., died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at South Beloit.

Born Nov. 17, 1925, in Hornersville, Mo., son of the late Thomas and Georgia Russell Hargrove, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in WWII. He was employed at Lorine Manufacturing.

On May 11, 1946, in Piggott, Ark., he married Dorothy Mae Austill, who survives.

Survivors also include one son, Ronald Edward Hargrove and wife, Sandy; one daughter, Debra Diane Hathaway; three brothers, Albert Hargrove and wife, Joyce, of Kennett, Marvin Rayburn and J.C. Hargrove and wife, Lylis; four sisters, Gladys Brand, Dorothy Sue Goodman, Doris Akers and husband, Don and Mary Jane Kurley; three grandchildren, Ronald Paul and Joseph Roy Hargrove and Kelley Diane Hathaway and two great-grandchildren, Michaela Renee and Zachary Joseph Hargrove.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Loren and James Ernest Hathaway.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, June 1, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, June 1, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Bowman officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at
