William "Bill" Potts, 77, of Kennett, died Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born May 10, 1930, in Tipton County, Tenn., son of the late William and Esta Ulela Kinney Pots, he was in the pest control business.
On Oct. 14, 1950, he married Julia Kobeck, who survives.
Survivors also include three sons, Alfred Potts and wife, Susan, of Wappapello, Mo., and William Potts and wife, Terry and Paul Potts and wife, Shirley, all of Kennett; one daughter, Tiffany Ogden and husband, David, of Kennett; one sister, Lois Cagle, of West Memphis, Ark.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., today, Tuesday, May 22, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with the Father Allen Saunders officiating.
Burial was in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Nick and Brian Reeves, Casey, Eric, Jeff and Alfred Potts and David Ogden.
