Meagan Grace Spielman

John and Julie Spielman of Kennett, Mo., announce the birth of their daughter, Meagan Grace Spielman, born March 15, 2007, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

She weighed 9 pounds and 6 ounces and was 21 1/4 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of George and Nancy Spielman of St. Louis, Mo., Christine Armstrong of Seven Lakes, N.C. and Dick Bartlett of Dubuque, Iowa and the great-grandaughter of Ruth Bartlett of Dubuque.

She is welcomed home by her big sister, Ara Spielman.
