Effie D. Usery Willett, 84, of Steele, Mo., died Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Marble Falls, Ark.
Born June 26, 1922, in Elkmont, Ala., the daughter of the late George and Alma Carter Usery, she was a homemaker and a member of the United Pentecostal Church.
On June 25, 1940, she married Frank Walter Willett in Mississippi, who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ed and John Usery and six sisters, Margie hanners, Beulah Pratt, Maggie Young, Maybell Pratt, Lela Bogle and Vernie Pratt; and one grandson, James Michael Bagby.
Survivors include two sons, Walter Frank Willett and wife, Vickie, of Kennett, and Roger Dale Willett and wife, Pam, of Kennett; six daughters, Georgia Lee McCammon and husband, Van, of Marble Falls, Ark., Roberta Drumright and husband, Robert, of Steele, Mo., Shirley Willett of Fort Valley, Ga., Jane Sue Fenimore and husband, Jerry, of Renton, Wash., Effie Maxine Moore of Blytheville, Ark., and Jeanette Tolson and husband, William, of Sheridan, Ark.; 39 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held Friday, May 18, at Powell Funeral Home in Steele.
Funeral Services were held at noon, Friday, May 18 with Rev. Donnie Sheerin officiating.
Burial followed in the Dunklin Memorial Cemetery at Kennett, Mo.
