Michael D. Marshall, 56, of Kennett, died Thursday, May 17, 2007, at VA Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

Survivors include one sister, Jane Marshall of Kennett.

Private services will be held at a later date.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
