Robert Howard Utterback, 81, formerly of Kennett, died Wednesday, May 15, 2007 in Midvale, Utah.

Born Aug. 19, 1925, in Coffey, Mo., he was the son of Shelton and Voncile Utterback.

On Aug. 27, 1947, in St. Louis, Mo., he married Mary Lou Etta Fricke, who preceded him in death.

Survivors include his children: Nicola Nelson and husband, John, of North Salt Lake, Utah, Deborah Berardino and husband, Jim, of Broomfield, Colo., Melanie Hinson, of San Pedro, Calif., and Sibyl Geiger and husband, Patrick, of Sandy, Utah; one brother, Bill Utterback, of Kansas City, Kan.; one grandson, Alexander Geiger and wife, Danielle, of Sugarhouse, Utah and one great-grandson, Cameron Geiger.

Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at McDougal Funeral Home in Taylorsville, Utah.
