Hughes celebrate 50 years

Jack Hughes and Janice Carol Wilson Hughes celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married on May 11, 1957, in Kennett.

Jack was raised in Caruth, Mo. and has since retired from Emerson Electric Company after 43 years. Janice was raised in Kennett and was a self-employed beautician for 30 years

They have two children, Jackie Hughes and wife, Kim and Jennifer Hicks and husband, Joe and four grandchildren, Jared, Jeremy, Hunter and Kortney.
