Freeman Dill

Freeman Paul Dill, 78, of Malden, Mo., died Friday, March 30, 2007, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Born Aug. 31, 1928, in Arkansas, son of the late Rawleigh and Mable Tanner Dill, he was owner/operator of Dill Asphalt Paving Company in Malden.

He married Deloris Bridges in Malden, who survives of the home.

Survivors also include two sons, Rod Dill and wife, Donna and Barry Dill, all of Malden; one brother, Tillman Dill, of Manila, Ark.; two sisters, Willow Dean Jackson, of Risco, Mo., and Juanita Nicholson, of Milton, Fla.; four grandchildren, Jason Paul, Amber Marie, Colton Zachariah and Silas Ethan Dill and one great-grandchild, Kaysen Dill.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 1, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with the Rev. James Cowsert officiating.

Burial was in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.
