Doug Crowe, 54, of Gideon, Mo., died Wednesday, March 21, 2007, at his residence.
Born Aug. 5, 1952, in Peoria, Ill., son of Vernon Crowe and the late Maddie Elmo Nethery Hogeland, he was an electrician and attended Tatum Chapel in Peach Orchard, Mo.
On Dec. 27, 1970, in Holcomb, Mo., he married Wanda Fay Hampton, who survives of the home.
Survivors also include one son, Philip Crowe and wife, Wanda, of Clarkton, Mo.; two daughters, Tracie Goff and husband, Shane, of Dyersburg, Tenn., and Tonya Fry and husband, Terry, of Gideon, Mo.; one sister, Becky Collins and husband, Kenny, of Malden, Mo.; one brother, Harold Wayne Hogeland, Jr., and wife, Becky, of Woodlands, Texas; his father and step-mother, Vernon and Joan Crowe, of Cedar Bluff, Ala.; his step-father, Harold Hogeland, of Malden; and seven grandchildren, Kelsey Crowe and Zack Fry, both of Gideon, Taylor and Chase Davis and Priscilla Rickman, all of Dyersburg, Mitchell Burchell, of Clarkton and Macy Crowder, of Campbell, Mo.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Anne Horton and Joanie Crowe and one brother, Kenneth Dewayne Crowe.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Thursday, March 22, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 23, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Williams officiating.
Burial will follow in the North Canaan Cemetery at Gibson, Mo.
