Dennis and Rosemary Pelts of Kennett announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Haley Amber Pelts to Everett Dale Bracey, son of Dennis and Bonnie Bracey of Kennett.

The bride to be is a 2002 graduate of Kennett High School and will graduate from Southeast Missouri State University in December, where she will receive a bachelor of science degree in elementary education.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Pelts and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Phillips all of Kennett.

The prospective groom is a 2001 graduate of Kennett High School and a 2005 graduate of Arkansas State University, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in criminology. He is currently enlisted in the United States Army and is serving in Iraq.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Claud Everett Moon of Jonesboro, Ark., and the late Mr. and Mrs. I. Dale Bracey of Caruthersville, Mo.

The wedding will take place at 2 p.m., March 24, 2007, at the First Baptist Church in Kennett.

All family and friends are invited to attend.
