June Frederick, 89, of Kennett, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at National health Care in Kennett.
Born Nov. 2, 1917, in Kennett, daughter of the late James and Elsie Lawson Batchelor, she was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.
On Feb. 22, 1937, in Kennett, she married Harry Frederick, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Colbert; a grandson, Boyd Vince Frederick; a great-granddaughter, Chelsea Jo Dean; a son-in-law, Ronnie Stultz and a daughter-in-law, Joyce Frederick.
Survivors include two sons, Bud Frederick and wife, Dee, of Kennett and Darrell Frederick, of Gibson, Mo.; two daughters, Terry Stultz, of Holcomb and Yvonne Case and husband, Doyle, of Kennett; three sisters, Shirley Bogle, Margaret Lewis and Pauline Stone, all of Kennett; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Wednesday, Feb. 28, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 1, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers will be Charles Fuller, Chris Lewis, Wilford Stone, Kenton Joe Deen, Timothy Frederick and Steve Treawatha.
