Gary A. Dubar, 68, of Jackson, Mo., died Friday, Feb. 23, 2007, at St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Born Nov. 14, 1938, in Cardwell, Mo., he was the son of the late Eulis D. and Juanita Ross Dubar.
Survivors include two sons, Danny Dubar, of Doniphan, Mo., and Deny Scott, of Dexter, Mo.; one step-son, Ronnie Parsons, of Jackson, Mo.; one daughter, Melissa Dubar, of Kennett; five brothers, Eulis and Jerry Dubar, both of Millsburg, Mich., Robert Dubar, of Los Angeles, Calif., Burnell Dubar, of Houston, Texas and Sherman Dubar, of Cuba, Mo.; seven sisters, Lagerta "Sis" Hartle, of Bald Knob, Ark., Alice Jackson, of Senath, Mo., Virginia Langley, of West Memphis, Ark., Linda Keating, of Hornersville, Mo., Laverne Chailland, of Holland, Miss., and Glenda Manning and Brenda Ball, both of Section, Ala., and four grandchildren, Gary Dubar, of Kennett, Bradley and Amber Scott, both of Dexter and Chad Scott, of Chicago, Ill., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 26, at the McDaniel Funeral Home chapel in Kennett with James Powell officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Terry Keating, Hal Ball, Harold Ball, J.C. Manning, Randy Cobb and Keith Fogg.
