Rita "Bonnie" Moore, 61, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, at her residence.
Born Jan. 20, 1946, in Wardell, Mo., daughter of the late John and Marie Pitts Craig, she had worked for Brown Shoe and Loxcreen.
Survivors include three daughters, Lana Craig and Susan Blair, both of Caruthersville and Carla Smith, of Watervliet, Mich.; one son, DeWayne Moore, of Caruthersville; two step-children, Rowella Smith, of Caruthersville and Virgle McCaig, of Illinois; six sisters, Eunice Refore and Angela Gill, both of Springfield, Mass., Debora Herren, Kay Prater and Debra Craig, all of Caruthersville and Chyrl Abbott, of Steele, Mo.; three brothers, Sonny Craig, of Marceline, Mo., Stanley Craig, of Oregon and Leamon Armstrong, of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Lakey; one brother, Walter Craig and spouse, Tommy McCaig.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13, at the Wesleyan Church in Caruthersville with the Rev. Kenny Lee officiating.
Burial was in the Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.
Pallbearers were Ben Thompson, Bill Smith, Dennis Hatley, Wayne Barham, Grant Brooks and Wayne Kuykendall.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of arrangements.
