Jason McPhail, 27, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007, at National Health Care in Kennett.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Thursday, Feb. 15, at Jesus Name Tabernacle in Caruthersville.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16, at Jesus Name Tabernacle.

Burial will follow in the Maple Cemetery at Caruthersville.

Bradshaw Funeral Home in Hayti, Mo. is in charge of arrangements.
