Dave Moore, 66, of Campbell, Mo., died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007, in Tallapoosa, Mo.

Born Sept. 8, 1940, in Malden, Mo., son of the late Lonzo and Goldie Mae Starr Moore, he was a police officer, having served at Bernie, Mo., Campbell and Malden. He was of the Baptist faith.

On Dec. 4, 1998, in Piggott, Ark., he married Connie Garner, who survives of the home.

Survivors also include two daughters, Teresa Lee and Teresa Lynn Hartwick, both of Malden; seven sons, David Allen, Rick Lee and Kevin Moore, all of Malden, Stephen Ray Moore, of St. Francis, Ark., Joe Earl Moore, of Kennett, Scott Moore, of Bernie and Mark Atnip, of Piedmont, Mo.; one step-daughter, Georgia McCarthy, of Danville, Ill.; three sisters, Kathy Phillips and Linda Stanley, both of Malden and Lou Crannick, of Hillsboro, Mo.; three brothers, Franklin Moore, of Campbell, Gary Moore, of Malden and Donald Moore, of Wappapello, Mo.; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Leman and Johnny Moore and one sister, Betty Chalffant.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 12, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial was in the Rosewood First Addition Cemetery at Malden.
