Nathan D. Randall

Nathan D. Randall, 72, of Dyersburg, Tenn., died Monday, January 29, 2007, at Dyersburg.

Born March 16, 1934 at Marked Tree, the son of the late Earl and Faye Wooten Randall, he was employed by May's Concrete in Caruthersville, Mo., prior to his retirement.

Survivors include two sons; Jerry Randall of Collierville, Tenn., and Allen Randall of Kentucky; one daughter, Susan Prater of Caruthersville; five grandchildren, Dustin Randall, Nick Wallace, Amanda Maclin, James and Beth Prater; one great-grandson, Hunter Maclin; one brother, Wesley Whitfield of Moulton, Ala.; one sister, Martha Andrews of Caruthersville.

He was also preceded in death by four brothers; Arthur, Pete, Homer, and Benny Whitfield, and five sisters; Myrtle Skyes, Lois Welch, Shirley Russom, Fadie Schlindler, and Dessie Priest.

Funeral services were held on at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 30 at the H.S. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Caruthersville with Rev. Jim Pilcher officiating.

The interment was in the Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.

Pallbearers were Nick Wallace, Dustin Randall, L.G. Winters, George Winters, Shaun Maclin and Gary Weber,

The H.S. Smith Funeral Home was in charge of the services.
