Born March 23, 1947, in Anniston, Mo., son of the late Tom and Ruby Nell McMillen Finley, he was employed with Southeast Co-op and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include two sons, Billy Dean Finley, II and wife, Kim, of Jonesboro, Ark., and Shawn Finley, of Kennett; four brothers, Troy Smith, of Benton, Mo., James Finley, of Portageville, Mo., Bobby Finley, of Hayti, Mo., and Donnie Finley, of Cave City, Ark.; six sisters, Martha Shankle, of Charleston, Mo., Joann Broussard, of Texas, Rita Jarvis, of Milliton, Fla., Debbie Meyer, of Vienna, Ill., Gloria Ferguson, of Clarksville, Tenn., Patricia Traughber, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and one granddaughter, Avery Dawn Finley.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Brenda Finley and Linda Henderson.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, at the McMikle Funeral Home.
Burial with full military rites will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston.
