Andrew Yanick

Andrew Yanick, 74, of Kennett, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center at Kennett.

Born July 6, 1932, in St. Louis, Mo., son of the late Joseph and Genevieve Yanick, he was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict.

On Nov. 1, 1957, he married Ollie Martin, who survives.

Survivors also include two brothers, Joe Yanick and wife, Carol Ann and Michael Yanick and wife, Margo, all of St. Louis and two sisters, Joann Baliva and Mary Jean Yanick, both of St. Louis.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
