Nadine Moore

Nadine Moore, 77, of Parma, Mo., died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007, at Malden, Mo.

Born June 14, 1929, in Risco, Mo., daughter of the late Tommy and Cecilea Walker Long, she was a homemaker and a member of the Landmark United Pentecostal Church in Malden.

On Oct. 25, 1948, in Piggott, Ark., she married George J. Moore, who survives.

Survivors also include one son, Kenneth Moore and wife, Ruthie, of Malden; one daughter, Donna Paulette Grottke and husband, Ron, of South Dakota; one brother, Al Long, of Doniphan, Mo.; three grandchildren, Heather Nadine Clough, Jessica Grottke, and Krista Atkins; one great-grandchild, Hayden Joseph Clough; two step-grandchildren, David and Tommy Cowart and four step-great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Heidi, Brandon and Courtney Cowart.

She was preceded in death by three children, Belinda and Mary Anna Moore and an infant son and one sister, Shelby Jean Cotton.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Thursday, Jan. 11, at the Landmark United Pentecostal Church in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 12, at the Landmark United Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Leroy Young officiating.

Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield, Mo.

Landess Funeral Home of Malden is in charge of arrangements.
