Charles "Chuck" Wayne White, 67, of Gideon, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 5, 2007, at his residence.
Born Feb. 17, 1939, in Fredericktown, Mo., son of the late Charles and Cecelia Harris White, he was a U.S. Army veteran.
He married Evelyn Duncan, who preceded him in death on Jan. 31, 1993. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Walley and Kenny White.
Survivors include two sons, Rick Harris and Steve White and wife, Shelly, all of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; two daughters, Lisa Donley and husband, Robert, of Gideon and Ruth Lemonds and husband, Stanley, of Kennett; five step-children; five grandsons, Matthew and Anthony Smith, both of Gideon, Brandon Lemonds, of Kennett, Charles Huskey, of Cape Girardeau and Derrick Harris, of Paragould, Ark.; three granddaughters, Brittany Lemonds, of Kennett, and Courtney and Michelle Huskey, both of Cape Girardeau and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 8, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Gideon with the Rev. Tony Wood officiating.
Burial was in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.
