Howard Eugene Huffman

Howard Eugene Huffman, 79, of Campbell, Mo., formerly of Piggott, Ark., died Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006, at the Piggott Community Hospital, at Piggott.

On March 28, 1927, he was born at Greenway, Ark. He was the son of the late Clarence Matthew and Erma (Bell) Huffman. He was a carpenter and was of the Baptist faith.

He was also preceded in death by one son, Howard Dewayne Huffman; three brothers, Harold Huffman, Roy Huffman, and Marion Huffman; and one sister, Mimia Downham.

Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Harper of Russelville, Ark., and Wanda Morris of Piggott; three sisters, Dortha Mae McMillon of Frisbee, Mo., Ruby Helen Huffman, of Greenway, and Erma Jean Eubanks, of Kennett, Mo.; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was from 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006, at the Irby Funeral Home at Piggott.

The funeral service was at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006, at the Irby Funeral Home.

Burial followed at the Mitchell Cemetery at Greenway.

Pallbearers were Eddie Eubanks, Ronnie Eubanks, Davey Eubanks, Jason Moody, Jay Gipson and Clarence Mack.
